There is no doubt that low back and leg pain is a significant issue for people that work in computer and desk-based jobs. This discomfort may be present at the workstation and can also impact quality of life outside of work. According to the Global Burden of Disease study of 2001, back pain has been reported as one of the leading global causes of years lived with disability.

In this episode, I am going to identify the potential causes of low back and leg discomfort associated with desk-based jobs and the steps you can take to reduce the risk of developing these issues.
