June is celebrated as LGBTQIA+ Pride month in many countries (although my own local Drogheda Pride is taking place over the first weekend of August this year) and the aim is to promote and celebrate dignity, equality and visibility of the LGBTQIA+ community.

In this episode, I am going to summarise the findings of reports from the EU Agency for Safety and Health at Work, EU-OSHA, that highlighted the increased risk of musculoskeletal disorder development among LGBTQAI+ workers.

The reports referenced are:

EU-OSHA, Workforce diversity and musculoskeletal disorders: review of facts and figures and examples (2020)

EU-OSHA, Musculoskeletal disorders among women, LGBTI and migrant workers: risk

factors and prevention
